Bread and medieval culinary arts 2

This course offers you a discovery of baking and artisanal bread, from the selection of flour to baking over a wood fire, including the making of sourdough and the making of bread.
You will also learn how to make other dishes and desserts served on the tables in the Middle Ages. Visit a farm practicing permaculture and producing its flour.
Guided tours on the themes of medieval fortification and religious iconography, visits to the region.
