This training is intended for (future) organizers, volunteers or members of heritage preservation associations and should enable them to acquire the essential tools for managing a stay and welcoming groups on a site.

It is centered on pedagogy, the question of audiences and the overall logistical organization of a site for international volunteers. It is a question for the trainees of seizing the responsibilities inherent in the missions of animation, as well on the stay in itself as by its integration in the local environment.

The course takes place remotely for 5 consecutive days and includes:

- videoconference courses;

- application and reflection exercises, with individual or collective feedback;

- external contributors and documentation to encourage reflection.

Trainees must have a computer with a camera, a microphone and an internet connection.
