Pedagogy and organization internship in Faycelles

The Déclam' association organizes a theoretical and also somewhat practical training course on learning how to supervise a volunteer site.

The training will take place in the village of Faycelles, 5km from Figeac in the Lot, in a training room for theory, and on a dry stone wall in a hamlet of the commune for practice.

Through interventions, formal and informal times, you will have the necessary tools to carry out your mission as a facilitator: Presentation of the associative project. Organization of a construction site. Knowledge of audiences. Implementation of the educational project. Budget control. Notions of food hygiene.

Scenarios with concrete cases. Meetings with association leaders and facilitators who will share their experiences.

Then a practical situation through training time on a dry stone wall to better understand the aspects of animation and safety during a technical workshop.

You will be accommodated in tents at the Faycelles football stadium, and the toilets will be in the changing rooms.

You will be put in a real situation of the collective life of a construction site by the preparation of meals. We only buy our products from local producers and organic stores.

At the end of the day, if you wish, you can visit Figeac and the surrounding villages (Cardaillac, Saint Pierre Toirac, villages in the Célé Valley)
