Les Clefs de Rochefort

Created in 2002 the association of Clefs de Rochefort for the safeguarding of the castle signed an emphyteutic lease with the Laguiche family.

Les Clefs de Rochefort is defending a cause: that of Rochefort's heritage and its development.
The Keys to Rochefort are also human exchanges and relationships, all cultures and generations combined. No will is superfluous and all actions are essential.
Finally, the Clefs de Rochefort are concrete actions throughout the year with cultural and festive events.

Since its construction, the Château de Rochefort has always had a foot radically turned towards the future, perhaps one of the first pleasure castles in Burgundy, built in a remote location, it has benefited from many influences from urban residences. Its successive owners have always been keen to be at the forefront of construction.
Today, the Rochefort castle rehabilitation project cannot forget this part of modernism and innovation. Do not forget the spirit in which the castle was built is to save more than the walls, doors or roofs, it is to save the soul of this unique place.
